There are 2 key factors; a) Flexible 'Search Criteria', b) The fact that all relevant information, (order headers, lines, delivery notes, invoices, customer balances, etc), can all be viewed from 1 screen.
The 'Search Criteria' allows the user to specify anything from a Customer's Postcode, to an individual Product Code. Subsequently, any orders that meet the criteria are immediately displayed and all related information is just one click away.
