This add-on module allows you to enter Service Entries onto your Sales Orders; in much the same way as Service Invoicing adds Service Entries to Sales Invoices. Each Service Entry can contain up to 64'000 characters and allows for the allocation of cost and sales value; plus selection of an appropriate Sales analysis and vat code. SOP Service Entries also gives you the ability to create, amend and select from any number of predefined paragraphs. Service Entries are printed onto Order Acknowledgements, Quotations (Quotes is also an add-on), Delivery Notes and Invoices. Service entries are truncated to one line when printed on any other report in the system, therefore saving on print paper and time.
