This fully-customisable tab provides up to 80 user-defined fields that allow you to further classify each records in a way appropriate to your business.
Once the record has been selected, simply hitting the F2 function key will display this information so you can quickly get an overview of the record that you have selected.
Text, date, currency and drop-down fields from which you can select one of several options are available, and all these fields can be reported on using the Custom Report Generator.
For example, a garage company uses these fields to specify registration numbers of vehicles and MOT due date. This allows them to search for records using the registration number and send reminders to customers that their MOT is due to expire.
At Benchmark, we use the fields to specify what software packages a customer has, the version they are using and whether they have single-user or network versions.
