The reminders system allows you to create either general or record-specific reminders, which can be for all users or a specific user and can be set for any time and date. Record specific reminders will show on the record when it is selected, while the main reminders program shows all reminders on a daily, weekly, monthly or annual basis, for all users.
Record-specific reminders cannot be deleted, only postponed or actioned. When actioned, the details are automatically posted against the history for that record.
When a reminder is due, it pops up in a new Window along with other reminders that are due but have not been actioned or postponed.
The diary allows you to make entries and appointments for any user and show all entries or only those for each user.
