Cream's 'Main Details' screen, allows for an unlimited number of contact records to be kept, and encompasses intelligent scanning functionality so that you can for example bring up a specific customer's details in a split second.

Flexibly use custom fields to store structured information about your contacts.
Cream's 'Additional Information' screen allows you to optionally specify up to 80 customised fields and flags allowing you to store specific additional information about your contacts. Here at Benchmark for example, we use custom fields to keep track of what software packages our individual customers have, what version they are on, their last courtesy call date and so on.

Quickly log and effortlessly review all correspondence for individual contacts.
Cream's 'History' tab allows all users to quickly enter information regarding, telephone calls, sales enquiries, important emails, and much more. This allows for all your important business correspondence to be efficiently stored so that it is immediately retrievable for quick future reference.

Reliably remind yourself, (or other users), of specific future activities.
Cream's internal reminder system allows you to create future reminders that will 'pop up' on the relevant person's computer, at a specific time and date. This allows you to schedule important activities such as follow-up calls, business meetings, and appointments, so that they are never forgotten again.

Cream's extremely powerful and flexible 'checklist' functionality allows you to breakdown your business processes and activities into individual logical steps so that they can be managed in a structured nature, allowing for easy yet comprehensive progress tracking, control and analysis.

A diary and appointment system will link with the reminders module to allow users to enter and view appointments and reminders for all staff. A security system will allow different levels of access.

Cream's integrated ability to link with either of Benchmark's accounts packages, helps to avoid such issues as entering contact details twice, and also facilitates for quick access to relevant financial information, about customers and suppliers.
