A series of standard reports are available that quickly allow you to obtain key information from the database. This includes user activity, history reports within a data range, status of currently active checklists, including filtering records that are at a particular step, and project status.
(E.g. You can print a list of records that have not had a follow-up call as part of a sales process, allowing you to target your sales calls.) .
A powerful, highly-flexible custom report generator (CRG) allows you build new reports from scratch and filter records according to any field or option in the software, including flags or fields that have been set up by the user. This includes being able to select records according to what products/services they have previously bought, either by entering those details manually or from the links to transactions in our accounting software.
The CRG allows you to select records by as many criteria as you need for more intelligent, selective and cost-effective marketing. You can print whatever details you need onto the report, and use the email and mail merge programs to send emails and letters to the selected records.
We can also produce bespoke reports for you as part of your support cover, or modify the system to import data from other systems.
