Our range of products and services are designed to give you the right solution and help you get more from your business using our software packages.

Products

We have been developing business software since 1978 and all our packages are written by us. We do not resell other peoples software. We have single-user and network versions and do not charge on a "per user" basis, allowing the software to grow with your business.

Accounting Software We have two accounts packages; Snip and Chancellor. Both packages are powerful yet intuitive to use, and follow established accounting principles. Many of the standard features are only available in high-end competitor products. Although the core products are the same, Chancellor has a number of standard features that are not included in Snip, or only available as add-ons. Payroll Our payroll software, PY2 is the culmination of 20 years of payroll experience. We have produced a powerful, but simple-to-use package that makes running your payroll easy. We do not charge you more for the number of employees you have. A range of payslips are available. PY2 links directly into the Nominal Ledger of our accounting software. [read more..]

Customer Relationship Management Again, with over 20 years of experience in writing databases to handle customer records, we have produced a powerful package with many unique features. We have also placed great emphasis on usability to ensure you overcome the biggest barrier to successful CRM integration - getting people to use it! Needs Analysis and Consultancy We offer a service where we take the time to understand how your business works, identify and discuss the issues and formulate a software solution that best suits your needs. Directors and programmers are always available to discuss your requirements.

Software Support Our in-house support department is backed-up by direct access to the developers that wrote the software. We provide a flexible comprehensive service at reasonable costs. There are no premium-rate phone lines - just a single, local-rate number. If our lines are busy, you can leave a message and we will call you back; our average response time is 9 minutes.
