USB Flash Drives.

We understand that many customers do not take regular back ups of thier data, this can be for many reasons. The most common reasons are the cost and complexity of the many back up devices available.

With the introduction of low cost USB flash memory devices we decided to trial a number of them ourselves and with some of our customers. We chose the 128Mb and 1Gb versions for backing up data.

The USB devices are many times the size of a floppy disk, a 128MB flash drive can hold as much data as 88 floppy disks, and is small enough to fit on your key ring. Used with a USB compatible computer are very much quicker than floppy and CD disks. The 128MB devices are ideal for backing up PY2 payroll and smaller SNiP/Chancellor data bases.
