We have been writing payroll systems for over 20 years and our latest windows payroll, PY2 is extremely flexible and easy to use while having all the payroll features you would expect and more, including human resources information. One important feature is that PY2 supports unlimited employees as standard with no extra hidden costs.

• Unlimited rates of pay including overtime, bonuses pensions, loans, TAX credits, SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP etc.                                            
• Online submission program to submit annual returns with the Inland Revenue.
• Human Resource management (HRM) information including holidays, sickness, appraisals, disciplinary action and training.
• All changes to employee records are recorded for audit purposes.
• Security program with password control access to all parts of the program.
• A back-up and restore program.
• All year-end procedures and reports, including printing P14/P60s.
• Updates the Nominal Ledger in Benchmark's Snip or Chancellor accounting software.
• Download and Update any Legislative changes (such as TAX & NI Bands and NI Thresholds, usually effective in April and June) directly from within PY2.
