F10 This will activate the menu bar across the top of Windows programs. The first option on the menu will become highlighted. You can then activate various menu options using the arrow keys to select the option and the Return key to activate it.
F4 This will activate drop-down menus when that field has focus. You can then use the up and down arrows and the Enter key to select an option. In SNiP and Chancellor, this will also activate the scanning window to search for Customers, Suppliers, Products etc.
