Software Support
Providing top-quality in-house support for our software packages is an essential part of the customer care service we provide our clients.

Included in all our support packages are:

  • Unlimited FREE version upgrades. Unlike many software companies you do not have to pay for 'newer versions' of any of our packages while signed up for software support.
  • Additional copies of your Benchmark software for your company accountants, laptop computers, home PCs.
We also include, as standard:
  • Unlimited telephone, fax, and email support.
  • Modification of report files to match your pre-printed stationery.
  • A return call service if all our standard support lines are busy.
  • The opportunity for you to request additional functionality and guide our future developments.
Note
Subscribing to our Software Support service is part of the licence agreement for all our software packages. Support charges vary from £10 to £50 a month depending on the package.

Training Service
Benchmark can provide training if required, we pride ourselves on user friendly software, but if you need any assistance in setting up, general training for new users, whether on the phone, at your business or at Benchmark.
