Sometimes you have a question. Occasionally you can't remember how to do something. And it's not totally unknown for software (even ours!) to misbehave.
All too often this is where a minor issue can become a major problem that sends your blood pressure through the roof. We're all familiar with the situation - you battle your way through menus, mood music, on-hold messages ("If my call was really important to you, I wouldn't be waiting so long!") to finally reach someone who doesn't know you, your business, or sometimes what they're doing!
Benchmark's support is different.
No maze of menus, no "your call is important to us" drivel, no irritating mood music, no being passed from pillar to post. If someone's free, the call is answered. If the lines are busy, you leave a message and we call you back, and at the last check the average response time was a tad over nine minutes. Simple.
You even get to speak to someone who knows the software and probably wrote some of it.
We can even log in remotely to your system to see exactly what's happening and sort it for you. Just a guess but we think that might actually save you time and stress.
This peace of mind is also sensibly priced. We don't charge by the number of calls, number of users or, with payroll, the number of employees - there's just a simple flat fee. And you get upgrades thrown in free-of-charge.
