Free Software for Charities
There are no catches – full versions of our software are free to charities and NPOs, with no limitations or reduced functionality. Many smaller charities and NPOs simply download our software and after a brief tutorial, use the software with no need for support. However, if you have more complicated requirements and do want software support, we offer a hugely discounted fee of just £10 plus VAT per month. The only exception to this is our PY2 payroll software. Due to the number of changes that HMRC makes to payroll legislation, coupled with inevitable annual updates, it is unfortunately necessary to make a nominal monthly charge for supporting our payroll package. Again, this is at a heavily discounted rate of just £10 plus VAT per month.

Software support is offered at a heavily discounted rate of just £10 plus VAT per month, per package.
