As measures to tackle Coronavirus in the UK continue to gather momentum, we want to provide you with reassurance that we have taken the steps necessary to minimise the impact on our ability to support the needs of our customers.
We are closely monitoring the situation and the government’s guidelines. At the moment, whilst we are continuing to operate from our office as normal, we must continue to review this approach in the light of emerging advice or rules.
Should we arrive at a point where our office is partially or fully closed, all of our staff are equipped to work remotely. Our telephone infrastructure also means that you will be able to contact us in the normal way – our normal number will still work as will our emails.
